The sculpture of St. Caius is carved from maple wood and comes in three different versions: natural white, coloured, i.e. hand-painted by our skilled painters with a brush and natural oil colours, a process that takes a long time between drying and the creation of various shades to bring out the small details that make each statue different. Finally we have the three shades of brown where only the colour brown is used. unique and original. Saint Caius was the twentieth bishop of Rome and Pope of the Catholic Church. He is venerated as a saint by both the Catholic and Orthodox Churches. He is remembered on 22 April.
