RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Return period Our 14-day return policy means you have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return, in accordance with European consumer law.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, intact and complete in all its parts, and contained in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return To initiate a return, contact us at info@dolfi.com stating the customer code, product code and reason for return. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the problem and make sure we resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customised products (e.g. personalised items or special engravings), items that show obvious signs of use with a decrease in purchase value. The right of return does not apply to professional traders. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Replacements The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union In accordance with European legislation, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, intact and complete, and contained in its original packaging.

Refunds As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive the refund within 30 days of returning the goods via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
