The Madonna, seated on her throne, inclines her head in a gesture of gentle contemplation, with her eyes semi-closed and her lips hinted at a smile, while the Child, firmly on her knee, offers a blessing with his raised hand.
The cloaks are masterfully rendered, with soft and realistic folds; the brilliant gold finishes stand out, illuminating the cloak's lining and the throne's details.
