The master sculptors Dolfi have brought every detail to life: from the deep, dynamic folds of the ivory-colored tunic, enriched with delicate pink and blue hues, to the welcoming gesture of the left hand in blessing, contrasting with the right hand placed on the chest, which solemnly displays the wound in his side, along with the evident stigmata on his hands and feet.
The "colored" finish enhances the naturalness of the skin and the rich chromaticity of the garments, treated with a matte varnish that preserves the sacredness of the work. This statue is crafted with the traditional mastery of Val Gardena. To ensure maximum fidelity and durability in every size, the sculpture is made of fine maple wood for sizes up to 56 cm and sturdy linden wood for all larger sizes.
