The structure, which replicates a traditional alpine house with its generously whitewashed gabled roof to simulate a snow effect, is entirely crafted and meticulously finished by our master carvers. The varying shades of brown enhance the wood grain, while the hand-painted details, such as the window frames and crisp white Roman numerals, add a touch of liveliness and authenticity.
At the center of the scene, a quartet of traditional figures enlivens the base: an accordion player, a couple in festive traditional dress, and a faithful little dog, flanked by charming mushrooms and a stylized fir tree. Each statuette is finely carved and painted down to the smallest detail. The decorative weights are represented by three striking golden pinecones, a nod to the richness of the alpine forests surrounding Val Gardena.
According to our artisanal tradition, this precious 16 cm exterior sculpture is made from maple wood, prized for its compactness and its ability to enhance the precision of carved details, ensuring a durable and highly artistic collector’s item.
