St Hadrian is remembered for his holiness, his dedication to the faith and his role in the education and spiritual guidance of his contemporaries. He was considered a spiritual teacher and a model of virtue for many. His tomb, according to tradition, was found uncorrupted and perfumed during renovations in 1091, confirming his sanctity.
