Description

Allow yourself to be enveloped in the serene contemplation of our Statue of Saint Thérèse of Lisieux, a sacred work of art that unites artisan mastery and profound spirituality. The sculpture captures the Saint in an upright and collected pose, with her face framed by a black veil and white wimple, an expression of tranquil devotion.

The drapery of her robes is executed with exceptional detail, creating volume and fluidity through polychromatic nuances: the intense ochre yellow of the tunic and the delicate cream yellow of the outer cloak. A touch of refined luminosity is provided by the golden finishes along the edges of the robes, which add preciousness to the ensemble.

In her clasped hands, Saint Thérèse gracefully holds a simple cross, surrounded by a rich bouquet of pink roses, a symbol of her promise. This precious sculpture is made from a fine combination of resin and wood dust, a resistant material that ensures impeccable definition of the smallest details, preserving the elegance of the opaque and satin finish. Perfect for enriching any home environment or place of worship with faith and art.

Story
Saint Therese of Lisieux, or Little Flower of Jesus, is one of the most beloved saints. Born in 1873, she entered the Carmel at a very young age, developing the "little way": a path of simplicity, humility and abandonment to God. Canonized in 1925 and Doctor of the Church since 1997, she is famous for the promise of the "rain of roses" and for her autobiography, "Story of a Soul". Her feast day is October 1st. Her life, marked by a profound spiritual transformation, is a hymn to joy and dedication.
