A majestic representation of Saint Heribert the Bishop, sculpted to convey serenity and profound devotion. The figure stands in a contemplative pose, with a humble gaze directed towards the open book he holds, a symbol of wisdom and doctrine. The richly draped vestments are painted in deep shades of burgundy and cream, creating a vibrant contrast with the luminosity of the crozier and mitre, embellished with bright gold details, skillfully applied by hand.
Every fold, every line of the face and thick beard is the result of the dedication of the sculptors of Val Gardena, who transform raw material into pure sacred art. This sculpture is available in different finishes (colored, natural, three shades) that enhance its unique texture.
The selection of materials follows the rigorous Dolfi tradition for wooden statues: it is made of precious maple wood for sizes up to 56 cm, ensuring meticulous details and a compact grain. For more imposing dimensions, from 60 cm upwards, linden wood is used, which is lighter and ideal for visually impactful statues. A masterpiece of faith and craftsmanship that embellishes any setting.
