Around them, the story unfolds: from the Shepherds with their offerings and the placid animals warming the stable, to the solemn arrival of the Three Wise Men, whose robes and gifts are embellished with golden accents. The entire composition, including the rustic stable, is arranged on a multi-level base that emphasizes its perspective.
