Description

Immerse yourself in the austere and knowledgeable elegance of "The Jurist," a sculpture that captures the dignity, seriousness, and authority of the legal profession. The work portrays a man in opulent period attire: the long dark robe, burgundy hat, and petrol green trousers merge into a rich chromatic composition, accented by golden trimmings that border the edges, simulating the precious brocades of yesteryear.

The figure, with its voluminous white wig, small glasses, and composed expression, holds the essential tools of the trade: a bound book bearing the golden inscription "LEX" (Law) and a quill pen, a symbol of eloquence and meticulous transcription. Every detail is meticulously crafted, from the golden buckles to the decorative tassels and the ruffled ruff, presenting an image of impeccable erudition.

This statue is a masterpiece of South Tyrolean craftsmanship. Made with the renowned mastery of Val Gardena, it is sculpted entirely from Maple wood, the material of choice for all available sizes (15 cm, 30 cm, 40 cm). The finish is available in the polychrome variant (hand-painted with attention to every nuance) or in the natural one, both capable of enhancing the quality of the grain and the depth of the engraved details. It is the ideal prestigious gift for lawyers, notaries, or anyone who admires justice and knowledge.

Detail & Meaning
