This Cuckoo Clock embodies the warmth and joy of alpine life, transforming a simple timepiece into a miniature sculptural masterpiece. Every detail of the facade recreates a lively mountain chalet, from the reddish-brown roof with striped tiles to the painted shutters, in a concert of colors that enhances the natural tones of the wood.
The scene comes alive on the lower floor with a moment of conviviality: two male and one female figure, dressed in traditional costumes, enjoy a moment of rest around a table. Above, a decorated balcony hosts three other miniature figures, observing village life. Fir trees, woodpiles, and the carved well complete a diorama that celebrates the tranquility of the mountains.
The sculpture, 32 cm high, is a work of excellent and authentic Made in Italy craftsmanship. Made from precious alpine wood, every element, from the carved pine cones that serve as weights to the finely detailed figures, is meticulously worked and hand-painted by our master carvers from Val Gardena. The dial with Roman numerals is framed by a finely scalloped edge, ensuring impeccable aesthetics and reliable timekeeping.
