Description

Immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere of the Alps with this magnificent cuckoo clock, a masterpiece of carving that celebrates the rustic architecture of the Black Forest style. Its meticulously detailed facade faithfully reproduces an Alpine chalet: from the roof with individually carved tiles to the small bell tower at the top.

Every detail is crafted with precision: the openwork balustrades with heart motifs, the small windows decorated with red flower pots, and the dial with golden Roman numerals. The lower base features a miniature Alpine scene, complete with a fir tree, a pile of firewood, and the ever-present watch dog in its kennel. The pendulum, decorated with delicate hand-painted flowers similar to Edelweiss, adds a touch of South Tyrolean authenticity.

This splendid clock is made with the excellence that distinguishes Val Gardena craftsmanship. Measuring 31 cm, its decorative components are carved from maple wood, known for its resistance and ability to hold very fine details, ensuring that every element, from the pinecone weights to the miniaturized characters, is rendered with the utmost definition and care. An object that marks time and furnishes with warmth.

Detail & Meaning
