Description

Immerse yourself in the magic of alpine traditions with our Chalet Style Cuckoo Clock, a piece of furniture that embodies the charm of the Black Forest and the excellence of Dolfi craftsmanship. Every detail of this clock is a celebration of nature and the passage of time.

The entire structure, from the sloping roof to the body decorated with a grid pattern, is a masterpiece of carving. The main subject is a graceful naturalistic theme: three finely carved birds perch among rich oak or maple leaves, with deep and well-defined veins. The bird at the top, with its wings slightly spread, adds dynamism to the scene, while the two on either side of the dial create perfect symmetry.

The finish is smooth and intensely polished, enhancing the warm tones of the stained wood, from medium to dark brown. The pinecone weights and metallic chains in brass/copper tones add a distinctive chromatic contrast. Following our tradition of quality, the carving is made of maple wood, the material preferred by Val Gardena sculptors for works of this size (17 cm), ensuring impeccable definition and durability that defies time.

Detail & Meaning
