The apple is characterized by a smooth and very shiny finish that enhances the warm natural tones of the wood, without the use of additional colors or decorations. The grains harmoniously follow the perfect curves of the fruit, from the body to the upper depression where a stem carved in a slightly darker tone is inserted.
The distinctive element is its hidden function: a curvilinear section opens to reveal a small compartment or "drawer," discreet and functional, operated by a flat knob, also carved from the same wood with millimeter precision. A functional and surprising work of art that, with its 8 cm diameter, embodies all the authenticity and skill of alpine wood.
