The sculpture Angel of the Heart embodies the essence of love and protection in a modern and minimalist art form. This stylized figure, inspired by angelic iconography, stands out for its tranquility and the powerful simplicity of its message.
Observing the work, one immediately notices the deliberate contrast between the finishes. The body, with its green-shaded robe evoking nature and hair finely sculpted in dark brown, features a matte, velvety finish to the touch, highlighting the naturalness of the wood. The wings and the smooth, featureless face are rendered in a warm ivory, typical of handcrafted wood.
